EuroPEK Roo Oil Separators are class I separators. They are designed and tested according to the EN 858 standard. Design pays special attention to the special needs of purification of oily wastewater from vehicle wash areas.
The high purification efficiency of the EuroPEK Roo separators is based on the coalescing units. Water flows through the coalescing cells, where the oil drops adhere to the surface of the coalescing unit, and become separated from the water flow. The coalescing units also gather efficiently the solids, which flow around as small particles, and which has not been caught in the sand and sludge trap preceding the separator.
Regular maintenance of the oil separator contributes to flawless operation. In order to maintain the purification efficiency of the separator, the coalescing unit must be cleaned from time to time. Cleaning is done using pressure washer and regular tap water. The cleaning water must be collected or led into further treatment (the oily waste gathered in the oil separator is classified as hazardous waste).
EuroHUK 600 Maintenance Shaft and OilSET-1000 Oil Alarm
