EuroPEK® NS30...150 Oil Separators

EuroPEK Oil Separators are equipped with coalescing plates. Water flows through the coalescing unit, which attracts oil. Here the drops of oil adhere onto the surface of the coalescing unit, coalescing into bigger drops and becoming separated from the water flow. When the size of the oil drop grows, its upward velocity grows, and the oil drops rise up through the holes in the coalescing plates. The separated oil is stored as a homogenous layer on the water surface.

The coalescing units of the separators can be cleaned with pressure washer, after which they reach their full efficiency again. The possibility to clean the coalescing units significantly reduces the maintenance and service costs of the separator, for there are no filters to be disposed of, which are classified as hazardous waste.

EuroPEK separators present an extensive range of applicability. They are best applied in areas, in which there is a high concentration of solids in the rainwater. Such applications are e.g. waste treatment plants or collecting sites, scrap yards, service and storage sites for earthmovers, and areas with peat processing.

EuroHUK 600 and 800 Maintenance Shaft and OilSET-1000 Oil Alarm

The watertight EuroHUK 600 and/or EuroHUK 800 Maintenance Shaft is used with EuroPEK Omega Oil Separators. A suitable cover and frame set is the floating Cover and Frame Set.

Separators include the OilSET-1000 Oil Alarm with ATEX compliance as a standard. It indicates an alarm if the oil storage space is full.
