PEK EN NS 3..150 Oil Separators are class II separators according to the EN 858 standard. Separation of oil is based on gravitation. Class II separators are tested according to the EN 858 standard. The purifying efficiency test ran according to the EN standard should show a total hydrocarbon concentration of less than 100 mg/l in the outflowing water. Our products pass the test without questions. The products are CE labelled according to the building product directive.
PEK NS3...10 separators are made of polyethylene, and the bigger models PEK NS15...150 of reinforced plastic. Both materials are corrosion proof, and their chemical durability is first class, e.g. in comparison with concrete. Products are light and easy to install.
The separator is equipped with the watertight EuroHUK 600 Maintenance Shaft. Watertight maintainance shafts meet the requirements of EN 476 standard of maintainability and watertightness. OilSET 1000 monitoring and alarm device comes always as a standard. The alarm information due to the need for emptying can be led to the automation system of the house, or using the Labcom Communication Unit (accessory) via server further to the emptying service. OilSET 1000 Oil Alarm is ATEX approved.
