Wavin shareholders appoint new members Supervisory Board
Zwolle, 11 December 2007 - Wavin N.V., Europe’s leading supplier of plastic pipe systems and solutions, today held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) in Amsterdam.
The shareholders agreed to all resolutions including the appointment of Mrs. B. Stymne Göransson and Mr. R.A. Ruijter as new members of the Supervisory Board and the introduction of a long term incentive plan in the company.
